Please inform us in writing of any medical condition, allergies, special educational needs or anything else we should know about your child so that we can provide the best and safest possible learning experience.
Children should aim to be on time for the start of class to ensure that they get the full benefit of the class.
The tutor is only responsible for children within the classroom during scheduled class times; it is your responsibility to ensure that your child is collected on time.
Payment for classes secures your child’s place and must be paid before the beginning of term.
In the event that your child is unable to attend a class due to sickness or holiday, we regret that we are unable to refund you as your payment secures your place for the full term (subject to the tutor’s discretion).
In situations of adverse weather conditions where schools have to close, we will cancel classes for everyone’s safety. We will make up the class at the end of the term. If this is not possible, we will refund you.
Children’s activity books and audio materials are an integral part of the course and will be sold at the time of enrolment. Books and audio materials are sold as nonrefundable items. Unacceptable behaviour can cause disruption and affect the smooth running and enjoyment of a class. If this arises, we will discuss this with you. If disruptive behaviour continues, the class may not be suitable for your child and we will inform you of this.
